产前诊断脐带囊肿的临床意义

【摘要】 目的:分析脐带囊肿的声像图特点及其临床意义.方法:回顾性分析2007年1月-2008年12月2年内我院超声产前检查发现的33例脐带囊肿的超声结果及临床资料。结果:单纯脐带囊肿11例,脐尿管囊肿3例。脐带囊肿合并多发畸形22例,多发畸形以心脏及颅脑多见。2例接受脐血染色体检查,1例为18-三体。结论:单纯性脐带囊肿预后较好。脐带囊肿70.3%(22/33)合并多发畸形值得关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Aim]To explore the characters of ultrasound images and their clinical significance in fetuses with umbilical cord cysts.[Methods]The ultrasound images of fetuses and corresponding clinical information were analyzed retrospectively during January 2007 to December 2008.[Results] Umbilical cord cysts were detected by ultrasonography in thirty-three cases. Among of them,twenty-two cases(22/33,70.3%)were found with multiple malformations,such as heart defects and brain malformations.In addition, chromosomal analysis was performed on two umbilical cord blood samples,and one was diagnosed as trisomy 18.[Conclusion]Fetuses with umbilical cord cysts have a better prognosis than those with multiple malformations.更多还原
