盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生理指标的影响

【摘要】 在温室条件下,采用多层滤纸法和沙培法,使用100MM的NaCl溶液进行处理玉米幼苗,研究盐胁迫对转耐盐基因和普通玉米生长及生理指标可溶性糖(WSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫抑制了玉米幼苗的生长,与普通玉米相比,转耐盐基因玉米的生长受盐胁迫影响较小;玉米幼苗的生理指标均出现一定的变化规律,可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和MDA的含量均成增加的趋势,转耐盐基因玉米叶片中可溶性糖,脯氨酸含量增加幅度高于对照组,MDA含量变化幅度低于对照组,说明转耐盐基因玉米具有较强的耐盐性。
【Abstract】 Under greenhouse conditions,using multi -layer filter paper method and the sand culture method,maize seedlings were deal with 100MM NaCl solution to study effect of salt stress on some growth and physiological indices of the content of soluble sugar, free proline and malondialdehyde in transfer of salt - tolerant gene and normal corn..The results showed that salt stress inhibited the growth of maize seedlings,the effect of the growth of genetically modified maize by salt stress is less than normal maize.The physiological and biochemical indices of the of maize seedlings has a certain degree of variation after salt stress,ie,the contents of soluble sugar,free proline and MDA increased.The content of soluble sugar,proline in transfer drought resistance gene maize increased higher than that in the control group,but the content of MDA increase is lower than the control group,it illustrate that the salt - tolerant gene maize by transgene has strongly salt tolerant.
