【摘要】 目的分析重庆地区农村卫生适宜技术的培训情况,为其推广提供科学依据。方法使用调查问卷,对重庆地区农村医疗服务人员的基本情况和培训效果进行调查。结果总体而言,培训效果很好,但参加培训的医务人员普遍学历、职称偏低,及技术所需设施的欠缺,限制了推广和应用。结论各地政府和医疗卫生行政管理部门应鼓励农村卫生技术人员自我学习,并为其学习培训创造条件,不断提高医务人员的专业能力。同时,加大经费投入,逐步改善技术设备,以保证卫生适宜技术的推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this paper is to provide scientific basis for the popularization of feasible medical techniques(FMT) in the countryside of Chongqing through the analysis of the training relevant to the techniques.Methods:Basic information and training results of medical workers are investigated by means of questionnaire survey.Result: Low education level and professional titles of the medical workers,as well as shortage of the equipment required have prevented the popularization and application of the techniques. Conclusion:Local government and health administrative departments should encourage medical workers in the countryside to learn by themselves,and also create favourable conditions for their studies and training in order to improve their professional capabilities.Meanwhile, they should increase funds investment to financially ensure the improvement of the technical equipment and the popularization and application of feasible medical techniques.更多还原
