高性能纤维/改性氰酸酯复合材料性能研究

【摘要】 通过对氰酸酯树脂(CE)进行增韧改性(将改性后的氰酸酯树脂记为CEa基体),不仅使氰酸酯树脂适合纤维缠绕成型工艺,而且CEa基复合材料的介电性能和耐热性能良好。用SEM研究了T700/CE以及T700/CEa复合材料的剪切断口形貌;用TG/DTA研究了氰酸酯树脂改性前及其改性后的复合材料热分解温度;用DSC研究了CE和CEa基体的玻璃化温度;用高性能纤维/CEa复合材料研究了改性后的氰酸酯基复合材料的介电性能和耐热性能以及吸水率。结果表明:CEa基体的玻璃化温度为256℃;高强玻璃纤维/CEa复合材料的介电损耗角正切为0.007,介电常数为3.73,吸水率为0.15%。

【Abstract】 Through improving toughness and modifying of Cyanate Ester(Modified CE is called CEa matrix),Cyanate Ester is not only fit to Filament Winding process,but also CEa matrix composites have good dielectric properties and heat resistance.The shear fractograph for T700/CE and T700/CEa composites was observed by means of SEM;The heat decomposition temperature of composites before and after modification of CE was separately researched with TG/DTA;Glass transition temperature of CE and CEa matrix was researched with DSC;The study also includes the dielectric and heat resistant properties of CEa matrix composites with high-performance fiber/CEa composites.The results showed that glass transition temperature of CEa matrix is 256℃,dielectric loss angle tangent of high-strength glass fiber reinforced CEa composites is 0.007,and dielectric constant is 3.73,water absorption rate is 0.15%.
