【摘要】 研究不同浓度金丝桃素对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果并测定出对两种菌的最低抑菌浓度,然后通过滤纸片平板扩散抑菌试验比较不同药物浓度对两种菌抑菌效果差异是否显著。结果表明,金丝桃素对这两种菌有一定的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度是3.2μg/ml,对金黄的葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度是6.4μg/ml,做方差分析得出不同药物浓度对每种菌的抑菌效果差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study on the antibacterial effect of different concentration hypericin to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,at the same time,determinating the two kinds of minimum inhibition concentrations,and then comparing bacteriostatic effect in different drug concentration on the two kinds of bacteria by the filter plate diffusion antibacterial experiment.The results show that hypericin has certain antibacterial effect to the two kinds of bacteria.For E.coli minimum inhibition concentration(mic)was 3.2μg/ml and the golden staphylococcus minimum inhibition concentration(mic)was 6.4μg/ml.The result of variance analysis shows that the bacteriostatic effect of different drug concentration of each bacteria were significantly different.更多还原
