低分子活性有机酸对辣椒产量、品质及养分吸收的影响
Effects of Low Molecule Mass Organic Acid on the Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Hot Pepper

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验与室内分析相结合的方法,连续2年研究了6种低分子活性有机酸对辣椒产量、品质及养分吸收的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施乙酰丙酸提高了辣椒产量,改善了品质,单果质量分别增加40.1%和43.2%;vC含量分别提高20.7%和35.7%;可溶性总糖分别提高1.8%和10.0%;产量分别提高8.6%和13.8%;叶面喷施甲酸和柠檬酸效果不稳定,乙酸、丙酸和草酸处理减少了辣椒产量,并对vC和可溶性糖有减少。低分子有机酸叶面施用对辣椒氮、磷、钾养分吸收有明显影响,施用柠檬酸和有机酸钾均提高了辣椒氮、磷、钾含量,施用柠檬酸的氮、磷、钾含量均较对照分别提高3.6%、5.9%和10。4%;施用有机酸钾的磷、钾含量较高;乙酸处理磷含量明显提高。施用低分子有机酸的辣椒增产效果依次为有机酸钾>乙酰丙酸>甲酸>柠檬酸>丙酸>乙酸>草酸,其中有机酸钾和乙酰丙酸效果最明显。
【Abstract】 It was combined to study effects of with six kinds of low molecule mass organic acid on the growth and nutrient uptake of hot pepper in pot experiment and laboratory in two years.The results showed that foliar application of Levulinic Acid and Organic acid Potassium treatments wre significantly increased the yield and quality of hot pepper compared with that of the control group,the single fruit mass of the treated groups were highly increased by 40.1%and 43.2%,the vC content were improved by 20.7%and 35.7%,the content of soluble sugar were increased by 1.8%and 10.0%respectively,the yield were improved by 8.6%and 13.8%,but the effects of Formic Acid and Citric Acid treatments were not stability,Acetic Acid and Propionic Acid and Oxalic Acid treatments reduced the yield and vC and soluble sugar content.It has big efference of low molecule organic acid on the nutrient uptake of hot pepper of aerial part.Propionic Acid and Aitric Acid treatments increased the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content of hot pepper.Citric Acid increased the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content,were improved by 3.6%and 5.9%and 10.4%,Organic Sylvite treatment increased the nitrogen,phosphorus content,Acetic Acid treatment increased the P content.The yield increase results of organic acid was ranked in a descending order as follows:Organic Sylvite>Levulinic Acid>Formic Acid>Citric Acid>Propionic Acid>Acetic Acid>Oxalic Aeid,Levulinic Acid and Organic Potassium fertilizer was the obvious.
