【Abstract】 University library is the documentation and information center and one of the three signs of the modern university.The university librarians are basic elements of the University Library,and the key to the university library’ functions. University librarians’ quality determines the service quality and benefit of the university library.This paper discusses the connotation,elements,and problems of quality of university librarians in the network environment,and analyzes the need for quality training of university librarians.On this basis,the paper puts forward the specific measures of quality training and continuing education.更多还原
