【摘要】 加快中小型制造企业的发展对安徽新型工业化进程有着重要的意义。通过对安徽中小型制造企业发展现状、存在的问题和原因以及JIT应用于制造企业供应链管理的讨论,以生产过程沉积成本函数对中小型制造企业建模,并利用模拟退火算法对模型进行求解。结果表明,JIT应用于安徽省中小型制造企业有助于降低企业生产成本,缓解流动资金困难,提高企业核心竞争力,对安徽新型工业化进程、建设全面小康社会有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to accelerate medium or small sized manufacturing enterprise for the process of the new-type industrialization of Anhui. Considering the characteristics and problems of medium and small sized manufacturing enterprise in Anhui, Based on the characteristics of JIT applying in supply chain, the paper set the function of the depositing cost during the manufacturing process to simulate the medium and small sized manufacturing enterprise, then solve it using the simulated annealing algorithm. The result indicates, the application of JIT to medium and small sized manufacturing enterprise helps to reduce the manufacture cost, release the embarrassment of flowing funds, improve the core competence.更多还原
