【摘要】 目的本研究探讨音乐电针对抑郁模型大鼠行为学和血清TGF-β1的影响,旨在阐明音乐电针治疗抑郁症的获效机理。方法清洁级SD雄性大鼠40只,按体重随机分为正常组、模型组、音乐电针组、百忧解组,每组10只。模型组、音乐电针组与百忧解组,每组10只,三组均采用多种因素刺激大鼠制备抑郁模型,模型组除造模外不给予任何治疗,音乐电针组在造模的同时开始取"百会"、"三阴交"穴进行音乐电针治疗,每日1次,每次20分钟,连续21天。结果 1.造模后的大鼠在规定时间内的水平运动次数和垂直运动次数正常对照组比较均明显减少,体重增加减慢,而音乐电针组可明显增加水平运动次数和垂直运动次数,减少悬尾后的不动时间,表明音乐电针可以显著改善大鼠的抑郁状态。2.抑郁模型组大鼠TGF-β1明显升高,经音乐电针或百忧解治疗后,大鼠TGF-β1水平降低,并接近正常组。结论 1.音乐电针针刺"百会"、"三阴交"穴可以干预抑郁症状的出现,表现出较好的抗抑郁效果。2.通过音乐电针对抑郁模型大鼠血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响,发现经音乐电针可以使抑郁模型大鼠TGF-β1水平降低,说明音乐电针可以增加神经元细胞的可塑性,改善神经元形态。提示音乐电针对TGF-β1的影响是音乐电针治疗抑郁症的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Our research focused on observing the effect of Music electrical acupuncture on changes of behavior in depression rats,furthermore,exploring some possible mechanisms by investigating the influence of Music electrical acupuncture on TGF-β1 expression in rat hippocampus.Methods Forty male rats were evenly randomized into control,model and Music electrical acupuncture groups.Depression model was established by using chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) stimulation(forced ice-water swimming,electic shock,tail-clamping,etc) combined with lonely raising for 21 days.Music electrical acupuncture was applied to Baihui(GV 20) and Sanyinjiao(SP6),once daily,continuously for 21 days,The rat’s body weight,open-field test were recorded on the 1st and 21st day during experiments respectively.After the behavior observation,TGF-β1 expression changes of hippocampus in Music electrical acupuncture intervened depression model rats were observed.Result Clinical study-both Music electrical acupuncture and Fluoxetine were effective in the treatment of major depression.For relieving endogenous depression,Fluoxetine was better.The score on the syndrome of anxiety somatization(SAS) were significantly lower in Music electrical acupuncture group than the Fluoxetine group.The score on Asberg Rating Scale of Fluoxetine group was significantly higher than Music electrical acupuncture group.Since Fluoxetine has more side effects than Music electrical acupuncture,therefore,the efficacy index of Music electrical acupuncture group is significantly higher than Fluoxetine group.Experiment study-compared with control group,the weight increase was slow and the activities of rats in open-field test in model group were significantly decreased.Music electrical acupuncture can improve behavioral disorder of depression rats.The TGF-β1 of depressed rats in model group were significantly increased,which was significantly decreased in the music electrical acupuncture group.Conclusion 1.Music electrical acupuncture at "Baihui(GV 20) and Sanyinjiao(SP6) could prevent or suppress the onset of depreession and raise the volume of srcrose-intake in depression rats.2.The TGF-β1 of depressed rats in the music electrical acupuncture group was significantly decreased,thus protect the neuron in hippocampus.更多还原
