红外场景生成新技术
New technologies of infrared scene generation

【摘要】 红外场景生成技术是半实物仿真系统的核心技术,随着半实物仿真系统的发展,新的红外场景生成技术不断涌现。本文总结和介绍了近几年出现的几种新方法,例如:具有高动态范围的基于MEMS-VOA(variable optical attenuator)技术的空间光调制器、适用于远红外波段成像的微型F-P腔阵列、利用第二型量子井结构理论制作的带间级联红外LED阵列、使像素具有光子晶体结构从而实现高温度辐射的光子晶体型红外场景生成器、利用红外辐射光纤作为光源和像素的红外场景生成器、采用Bly cell的转换原理和光纤面阵结构形式的光纤面阵型可见光/红外图像转换器以及复合型红外场景生成器等。文章最后对红外场景生成技术的未来发展方向和趋势作了分析和展望。
【Abstract】 Infrared scene generation technology is the core technology of Hard-ware-in-the-loop(HWIL) system.With the development of HWIL,the new infrared scene generation technology continues to emerge.In this paper,we summarize and describe several new methods emerged in recent years,for example: the technology which with a high dynamic range of MEMS-VOA(variable optical attenuator) based spatial light modulator.The F-P micro-cavity array which better for far-infrared spectral imaging.Packaged IR LED array produced using type II quantum well structure theory.Scenario generator whos pixels with the use of photonic crystal structure in order to achieve high-temperature radiation.Infrared scene generator produced using infrared radiation fiber as light source and its pixel.Visible / infrared image converter with fiber array structure using the conversion principle of Bly cell and formation of fiber array。 Infrared scene generator which is composited,and so on.We analyzed the trends of development about the infrared scene projection techniques in the end.
