丛枝菌根真菌(Glomus intraradices)诱导紫穗槐产生类防御反应的研究

【摘要】 在温室盆栽条件下研究丛枝菌根(AM)真菌(Glomus intraradices)诱导紫穗槐产生的防御反应及其调控机制。结果表明:在AM真菌侵染宿主植物的早期阶段,同时也是根表面附着孢形成的时候,防御酶过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性瞬时增加,同时防御代谢产物黄酮发生瞬时积累,而膜脂过氧化物丙二醛含量变化不明显,文中测定了几丁质诱导子的降解产物葡萄糖胺含量的变化情况,探讨了AM真菌调控紫穗槐防御性的机制,由此得出结论,AM真菌菌丝侵染植物根皮层细胞的第一反应是诱导宿主植物产生"类似的"防御反应,而且几丁质诱导子的降解是AM真菌调控宿主植物防御反应允许建立互惠共生体的机制之一。
【Abstract】 To study like-defense responses generated in roots of Amorpha fruticosa induced by arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi(Glomus intraradxces) through greenhouse pot experiments,results showed that the activity of defensive enzyme(peroxidase and catalase) increased transiently and contents of flavonoids had greatly accumulated,however lipid peroxide(MDA) had no significant change,at the early stage of arbuscular mycorrhiza between AM fungi and host plants when root cell prepenetration apparatus(PPA) occur.Measuring content of degradation products-Glucosamine induced by chitin elicitor,we discussed initially the mechanisms how to regulate like-defense responses of Amorpha fruticosa by AM fungi,and concluded that the response of plants by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi infection at plant root cortical cells is similar but totally different with defense response of host plant by pathogens,and indicated that the degradation of chitin is one of mechanisms how AM fungal regulated the like-defense response of host plants to develop mutually beneficial symbiosis.
