无卤高效阻燃剂HPCTP的合成、表征与应用研究 (1)合成方法与反应条件研究

【摘要】 以苯酚、氢氧化钠、六氯环三磷腈(HCCP)为原料,冠醚类溶剂合成了苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCP),研究了反应时间、反应温度、物料配比对产物收率的影响。采用等摩尔的氢氧化钠与苯酚,摩尔比为8:1的苯酚与HCCP,反应温度100℃,反应时间6h,产率为85%。
【Abstract】 Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCP) was synthesized from phenol,sodium hydroxide hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(HCTP), and like crown ether as the solvent.The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and the material ratio on the yied of HPCP were investigated. Phenol, sodium salt (1:1) and HCTP at a molar ratio of 8:1 were dissolved in like crown ether and reacted at 100℃ for 6h,and the yield of HPCP was 85%.
