【摘要】 纳米CeO₂粉末作为原料或添加剂被广泛地应用于玻璃、陶瓷、催化剂、磨光粉和无机发光材料等领域。实验以氟碳铈矿为铈源,氨水为沉淀剂,H₂O₂为氧化剂,加入少量表面活性剂作为分散剂,采用化学沉淀法合成纳米CeO₂。研究了氟碳铈精矿溶解反应温度、反应时间、表面活性剂种类和用量、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等因素对纳米CeO₂晶粒尺寸的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件,在此条件下得到的纳米CeO₂粉末为立方晶体,结晶趋于完整,分散性好,粒径较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nano-sized CeO₂ powders are used extensively as the constituents or additives of glass,catalyst,polishing powders and etc.Nano-sized CeO₂ powders were prepared by the co-precipitation method,using the bastnaesite,ammonia and the hydrogen peroxide solution as starting material,precipiting reagent and oxidant,respectively.The effect of processing conditions, such as reaction temperature,reaction time,machine stirring velocity,calcinations temperature and calcinations time,on grain size or relative density of nano-sized CeO₂ powders were investigated.The optimizing conditions were obtained.The as-prepared CeO₂ nano-particles are of cubic crystal and the crystallization structure tended to the integrity.更多还原
