【摘要】 三网融合是目前信息产业研究的热点问题之一。为客观地评价我国三网融合普遍接入的进展情况,构建了关于用户规模、设备普及率和使用价格的三网融合普遍接入指标体系。在评价方法的选择上,充分考虑了评价指标的功能性及均衡性,并结合理想点法对评价模型进行改进,能够较好的反映出我国城镇三网融合普遍接入现状。最后,本研究对综合评价结果进行分析,发现我国城镇三网融合普遍接入状况的客观规律,指明今后发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three networks convergence is the most hot issue in information industry.In order to evaluate the universal access implementation of three networks convergence objectively,this paper builds up a indicator system about user quantity,equipment popularization,price.In the selection of the evaluation method,it considers fully both the function and balance of the indicators,and it improves the evaluation model based on TOPSIS.It can show the situation of universal access of three networks convergence in urban.Finally,the parer analyzes the comprehensive evaluation result.It finds the objective rules of universal access of three networks convergence,and it points out the direction of the future.更多还原
