废印制线路板及含重金属污泥微生物浸出液中高纯铜的提取研究

【摘要】 对萃取-电解法分离废印制线路板微生物及含重金属污泥浸出液中的铜进行了研究,结果表明,选用N902为萃取剂,在萃取剂浓度10%,相比1:1,萃取搅拌时间5min的条件下,铜萃取率可达99.51%,Cu/Fe分离系数为2058;采用1.8mol/L的硫酸溶液进行反萃取,铜的反萃率可达93.57%;反萃液在电流密度为200-250 A/m2的电流密度下电沉积可获得纯度大于99.83%的阴极铜。
【Abstract】 Copper is successfully separated from the bioleaching solution of PCBs and Sludge containing heavy metals by solvent extraction with N902.The results indicate that the extraction ratio of copper can reach above 99.51%,separation coefficient of Cu/Fe can reach up to more than 2058 while N902 10%,O/A 1:1,stirring time 5 min.And more than 93.57%of copper can be stripped from the loaded organic stripped at 1:1 phase ratio with 1.8 M H2SO4.Copper plate with purity higher than 99.83%can be obtained after the electrowinning was conducted at a current density of 200-250 A/m2 at ambient temperature.
