【摘要】 目的:探讨针灸治疗偏头痛缓解期的试验设计方案,为提高针灸预防性治疗偏头痛研究领域提供方法学借鉴。方法:结合近年来国外发表的有关针灸预防性治疗偏头痛的高质量循证医学证据,并结合笔者所从事针灸治疗偏头痛临床及神经影像学试验的体会,提出了针灸预防性治疗偏头痛试验设计中需要注意的问题和处理方法。结论:临床试验应根据循证医学原则,确定与国际水平接轨的诊断标准、纳入标准、疗效指标等,同时结合针灸的特色设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the experimental design of acupuncture treatment for migraine at the remission stage,thus providing methodology reference for improving acupuncture for the prophylaxis of migraine.Method:Problems in the experimental design of acupuncture prophylaxis for migraine and relevant strategies were proposed based on high-quality evidence of EBM of acupuncture prophylaxis for migraine papers published overseas together with authors’ experience in clinical and neuroimaging trails.Conclusion: This experimental design in clinic should be under the guidance of EBM principles and choose the international standardized diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,efficacy indicators,and so on.Meanwhile,special design of acupuncture should also be taken into account.更多还原
