【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将33例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为穴位埋线组和电针组。两组进行治疗后对其疗效进行比较分析。结果:埋线组总有效率为94%,电针组总有效率为75%,埋线组总有效率优于电针组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论穴位埋线是治疗顽固性面瘫的一种有效简易的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the clinical effect of treating chronic facial paralysis by thread-embedding.Methods:33 patients with chronic facial paralysis were assigned to the thread-embedding group and electro-acupuncture group ramdomizedly.And the efficiency of both groups was compared and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency rate of thread-embedding group was 94%,while the electro-acupuncture group was 75%.There was significant difference between these two group(p<0.05),and the result showed that the total efficiency rate of thread-embedding group was higher than that of electro-acupuncture group.Conclusion:Thread-embedding is a simple and effective therapy for chronic facial paralysis.更多还原
