【摘要】 目的:观察浮针配合穴位注射治疗疱疹后遗神经痛的镇痛作用。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用浮针刺法配合穴位注射治疗。对照组30例口服阿米替林;观察两组止痛起效时间、止痛效果、治疗前后情绪评分及治疗过程中出现副反应。结果:治疗组在止痛起效时间及止痛效果方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在情绪改善方面临床疗效显著,亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针配合穴位注射治疗疱疹后神经痛临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of analgesia of Fu’s subcutaneous needling with the acupuncture point injection in treating postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Divides into two groups stochastically 70 example patients,the treatment group 40 examples uses Fu’s subcutaneous needling with the acupuncture point injection treatment.The control group 30 examples take orally Amitriptyline;Observes the time of analgesia,the effect of analgesia,the mood grading and the side reaction in two groups.Results The treatment group spends less time,and the treatment result is better than the control group in analgesia obviously(P<0.01);in the mood improvement aspect the treatment group also surpasses the control group obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Fu’s subcutaneous needling with the acupuncture point injection has obviously effect on treating postherpetic neuralgia.更多还原
