带蒂眶脂肪瓣在中老年人泪槽和睑颊沟畸形整复术中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨中老年人泪槽畸形和睑颊沟畸形整复方法。方法从1996年到2009年,我们采用经皮眶脂肪释放,带蒂眶脂肪瓣充填的方法矫正泪槽畸形伴或不伴睑颊沟畸形426例,其中初次手术372例,二次手术54例,患者年龄35～72岁,平均48岁。362例术后患者得到3～24个月的随访观察。结果 362例随访患者中,283例泪槽畸形和睑颊沟畸形完全矫正,79例患者泪槽畸形和睑颊沟畸形明显改善。2例二次手术患者,由于术前有严重的下睑凹陷,泪槽畸形纠正不满意。结论经皮眶脂肪释放,带蒂眶脂肪瓣充填的方法,可以有效矫正中老年人泪槽畸形和睑颊沟畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective techniques for correction the tear trough and palpebromalar groove deformity in the elderly.Method The techniques of transcutaneous orbital fat releasing and pedicle orbital fat flap filling were adapted to treat 426 patients with tear trough and palpebromalar groove deformity in our department between 1996 and 2009.The age of the patients ranged from 35 to 72 years,with a mean age of 48. Among these 426 patients,372 underwent primary surgery, and 54 secondary surgery.362 patients were available for follow-up.The length of follow-up varied between 3 and 24 months.Result The tear trough and palpebromalar groove deformity were corrected absolutely in 283 patients, improved obviously in 79 patients,and uncorrected in 2 patients of secondary surgery because the seriously lower eyelid depression existed preoperatively.Conclusion The tear trough and palpebromalar groove deformity in the elderly can be corrected effectively by the techniques of transcutaneous orbital fat releasing and pedicle orbital fat flap filling.更多还原
