组织填充材料在单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形整复中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨应用组织填充材料修复单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形的方法和效果。方法:游离塌陷的鼻翼软骨并悬吊固定至对称位置,复位移位的鼻翼外侧脚,必要时以膨体聚四氟乙烯补片、L形硅胶假体、多孔高密度聚乙烯、自体软骨和脱细胞真皮填充于鼻背、鼻翼软骨上,鼻底、梨状孔周围,以弥补软组织、软骨及上颌骨的不足的,矫正鼻畸形。结果:30例病例随访6月至18月,有1例硅胶假体外露,2例填充膨体切口处愈合不良,余病例未出现排异、变形,术后外形较单纯悬吊复位手术修复有明显改善。结论:在唇裂术后鼻畸形的修复中应用组织填充材料是必要而安全的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method and effect of using implants to correct the nasaldeformities after repair of unilateral cleft lip.Methods Based on the reposition of nasi ala lateral crus and the nasi ala cartilage sling, expanded polytetrafluoraethylene(e -PTFE),L -shaped silicone prosthesis,porosity high density polyethylene (Medpor),conchal cartilage and allogeneic dermal matrix (ADM) were transplanted into basis nasi,the nasi ala, dorsum nasi and verge of anterior nasal aperture to elevate the depressed ala nasi base and augment the hypoplastic soft tissue and cartilage.Results During 6 to 18 months follow-up postoperatively in 30 patients,L-shaped silicone Prosthesis was exposed in 1 case,delayed healing of the incision with e-PTFE implant was found in 2 cases.the nasal appearances were significantly improved in the rest cases without infection,deformation and rejection reaction. The results of utilizing implant material combined with reposition of the mislocated nasal cartilages are better than the latter method only Conclusion Implant material could be feasible and reliable to correct the secondary nasal deformities of postoperative cleft lip.更多还原
