【摘要】 目的介绍应用皮瓣技术在7例颅面裂畸形治疗中的体会。方法按Tessier分类法对7例颅面裂患者进行分类,并根据畸形类型及轻重程度制定手术方案:手术方法包括局部皮瓣转移,翻转皮瓣修复树里,游离植皮等。结果 7例患者中3型颅面裂6例,1-13型颅面裂1例,术后面部形态明显改善,面裂畸形得到修复。讨论Tessier颅面裂有不同的类型,且每一类型的颅面裂又有不同的严重程度,而且不同类型及不同严重程度的颅面裂又可见于同一患者,需根据患者具体情况制定个性化的手术方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce our experience with 7 Tessier craniofacial clefts by using surgical flap.Methods 7 patients with craniofacial clefts were classified by Tessier classification.According to the type and severity of the clefts,various techniques,from surgical flap transfer and free skin transplantation,were used to correct the deformity in 7 patients.Results All patients who underwent corrective operation were satisfied with the result. Conclusions Each Tessier cleft is unique and the treatment plans cannot be standardized.Specific corrective operation must be performed on each patient according to the type and severity of the cleft.更多还原
