【摘要】 目的:探讨自体脂肪移植技术在治疗阴茎短小中的临床效果。方法:用注射器在腹部、大腿内侧、臀部吸取脂肪,处理吸取的脂肪后,环绕阴茎,用注射器均匀的注射于阴茎皮下。结果:45例患者,单纯脂肪移植29例;脂肪移植+阴茎延长16例。手术后观察1—6个月。阴茎周径平均增加3厘米,轮廓外形满意。结论:自体脂肪移植用于阴茎增大的手术的效果好。该手术组织创伤小,操作简便,严重并发症少,是治疗阴茎短小的较理想的技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects that fat transplantation for penis plastic.Method:liposuction with injection at abdomen,femoribus internus and buttocks,injection to deal with the fat to the subcutaneouly of penis.Result:forty-five patients with this method,with single fat transplantation 29 cases;penis lengthen and fat transplantation 16cases.Flow up 1 to 6 months.Good result 44cases..Conclusion:Fat transplantation for penis plastic is a good method.The satisfactory wrapping and to confine athletics is one of the key factor about operation succeed.更多还原
