【摘要】 目的观察促进前房积血吸收,防止继发性青光眼和角膜血染的治疗法和并发症对预后的影响。方法对我院收治960例(960眼)挫伤性前房积血进行治疗;卧床休息、止血剂,甘露醇、皮质类固醇等的应用,有的作前房冲洗。结果进行疗效统计,积血完全吸收789例(82.18%)。积血未完全吸收171例(17.81%。结论挫伤性前房积血的视力恢复程度与出血量、眼球损伤有关。并发症少和治疗早,视力相对较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of the methods for promoting the absorbancc of baemorrhaage,preventing secondary glaucoma and Comeal haemosiderosis,and the relationshop between the Complications and the prognosis. Methods 960 eyes of 960 cases with traumatic hypheme were treated according to their different conditions,The treatment methods are as fouowiny;rest bg lying down in bed application of mannitol,steroids and styptic dlrugc,and irrigation of anterior chamber in some of the casos,Results Complete absorbance of the blood was in 789 case(82.18%),partial absorbance of the haemorrhage was in 171 case (17.81%),Comclusion The recovery of vision is related to the complications and early treatment.更多还原
