【摘要】 目的:观察解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:以抗抑郁剂度洛西汀为阳性对照组,采用随机双盲双模拟方法将200例患者分为两组,实验组口服解郁胶囊,4粒,3/d,对照组口服度洛西汀,20-40mg/d。两组病例均于入院时、治疗0、2、4、6周时分别计算汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)总分及治疗后的减分率。结果:两组患者(HAMD)以及(HAMA),总分在治疗结束时均显著下降(P<0.001)。两组之间疗效无显著性差异,(P>0.05):治疗结束时HAMA减分率分别为解郁胶囊组0.738±0.236,度洛西汀组0.741±0.210(P>0.05);有效率解郁胶囊组79.4%,度洛西汀组为85.4%(P>0.05)。解郁胶囊组不良反应发生频率显著低于度洛西汀组,主要是消化系统不良反应,解郁胶囊的疗效指数也显著高于度洛西汀组。结论:解郁胶囊是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to study the efficacy and safety of jie yu jiao nang" to cure depressive Method:200 depressive patients were enrolled for randomized double blind double dummy study The dosage of "jie yu jiao nang" 4 granule p.o tid that of "duloxetine" 20-40mg/d.both groupsa case at go to hospital and to treat 0、2、4、6 week to part to compute HAMD and HAMA a general ledger to give medical care to reduce a rate.Resuit:at the end of trial both two groups had lower scores of HAMD and HAMA than before.(P<0.001).both between a curative effect without remarkable difference.[P>0.05],to treat to end HAMD to reduce a rate.to part is "jie yu jiao nang "groups(0.738±0.236),"duloxetine"groups(0.741±0.210) P>0.05.There was mo significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect.the effective rate of "jie yu jiao nang"was 79.4%that of "duloxetine" was 85.4%.(P>0.05)."jie yu jiao nang" groups to have ten a kind harmful a reaction to occur frequency remarkable low "duloxetine" groups.chief is the digestive system.the central nervous a rank harmful a reaction "jie yu jiao nang" effect the exponent as well as remarkableu up "duloxetine" groups.Conclusion:"jie yu jiao nang" is a safe and effective antidepressive s medication.更多还原
