【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选取80例在2008年3月到2009年3月就诊于我院的首发精神分裂症患者,均符合CCMD-3精神分裂症的诊断标准。随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,每组40例,在治疗前及治疗的2.4.6.8周末用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效。采用治疗中须处理的不良反应症状量表评价治疗的安全性。结果 (1)两组均于治疗的第2周末,PANSS阳性症状分,阴性症状分、精神病理症状分和总分均有明显下降第四周末下降更明显(P<0.01),且随着治疗时间的延长持续下降;且两组的PANSS总分、各因子分在治疗前和各时点的差异比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗的第8周末,阿立哌唑组治愈15例,显著好转10例,好转4例,有效率72.5%;利培酮组治愈16例,显著好转11例,好转3例,有效率75%,两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)(3)8周的观察期中,利培酮组体重增加明显,而心电图,血生化及其它不良事件发生率,两组间差异无统计学意义。结论阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症有良好的疗效和安全性,且与利培酮相当,对体重增加影响更小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in treatment of the patients with first schizophrenia.Methods In the 8-week randomly controlled trial,80 patients with schizophrenia who were first treated in my hospital from march in 2008 to march in 2009 were treated with aripiprazole or risperidone.The efficacy was assessed with the posite and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) and side effects with Treatment Emergent Symtoms Scale(Tess) and the changes of biochemical index and electrocardiogram at baseline and afear 2.4.6.8-week treatment.Results In both groups,the positive,negative,psychopathological subscale and total score of PANSS were y decreased(p<0.01) after 2 week treartment and significantly decreased(P<0.01) after 4-week treatment.And scores fo PANSS continutely decreased while treating.The PANSS scores of Aripiprazole hadn’t significancy changed at basecine and after 2.4.6.8-week treatment,in comparison with the risperidone(p>0.05).After 8-week treatment,the clinical response rates of Aripiprazole were 72.5%and 75%respectively.There were no significant defferences between both groups(P>0.05).In side effects rate,there were no significant defferences between both groups.In side effects rate,there were no significant fefferences between both groups In this 8-week study,weight gain were found in risperidone treatment groups,while were not found in Aripiprazole groups.Conclussion Aripiprazole is effective and safe in treatment of the patients with first schizophrenia, And aripiprazole has similar therapeutic effect to risperidone in treatment of patiens with schizophrenia.更多还原
