【摘要】 以21年生普陀鹅耳枥植株为材料,进行了花期物候、花序分布特征、雌蕊柱头可授性和花粉活力研究。结果表明,普陀鹅耳枥雄花先于雌花开放,雄花散粉期与雌花柱头可授期相遇时间仅6d。雄花序在树冠上、中、下部分布比较均匀,而雌花序则集中分布于树冠的上部和中部。雌、雄花序总体比例为1:3.58,但树冠下部雌花序所占比例显著低于中、上部。花粉在室温下萌发率较低,一般寿命仅持续5d左右。在4℃干燥条件下保存可以延长花粉寿命10d左右,且萌发率基本不受影响。雌蕊柱头可授期一般为4d。更多还原

【Abstract】 The flowering phenology,inflorescence distribution characteristics,stigma receptivity,pollen viability were studied for Carpinus putoensis of 21a.The results showed that male flowers bloomed before female flowers.There were only 6 days overlaps of stigma receptivity with pollen dispersal. Male flowers were quite evenly arranged in different part of crown,while female flowers were concentrated in the upper and central crown.The proportion of male and female flower was 1;3.58,but the proportion in below crown was significant lower than that in central and upper crown.Pollen germination rate at room temperature were very low and survived for some 6 days only,however,pollen viability could last about 10 days longer after dry storage at 4℃,and germination rate was not affected basically.
