螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力预报的试验研究

【摘要】 为了提高实验室模型试验预报螺旋诱导的船体表面脉动压力的水平,本文进行了螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力预报的试验研究。全文研究了螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力试验预报值随空气含量变化的规律;研究了螺旋桨模型空泡形态随含气量变化的规律,并与实桨空泡对比分析;探索了脉动压力试验预报与实桨测量值最接近的空气含量控制准则;比较了螺旋桨模型在船模伴流场和相似修正后的伴流场中工作时,螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力预报值及螺旋桨模型空泡形态,并与实船测量观察结果进行对比,就伴流场修正对螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力试验预报的影响作了探讨;研究了螺旋桨诱导的船体表面脉动压力的预报值随螺旋桨试验转速变化的规律。

【Abstract】 To improve prediction level of laboratory,three of the main influence factors are studied in the SSSRI cavitation tunnel. In this paper,the variation law of experimental prediction for propeller-induced ship hull pressure fluctuation due to different gas content is studied.The variation law of propeller model cavitation-shape is observed at different gas content,compared with its corresponding full-scale propeller.The norm of gas content is explored to fit the experimental prediction with its corresponding full scale test.Then,the experimental prediction of propeller-induced ship hull pressure fluctuation and cavitation-shape in ship model wake was compared with that in amended wake by HOEKSTRA method,with comparative analysis to the full scale propeller.The influence of amendment of the wake field is explored for experimental prediction of the propeller-induced ship hull pressure fluctuation.At last,the variation law of experimental prediction of propeller-induced ship hull pressure fluctuation due to different model rotate-speed is studied.
