铝电解槽低碳运行下阳极宽度的优化
The optimization of the anodic width in aluminum reduction cells in the condition of low carbon

【摘要】 在低碳经济的大背景下,以3.5V槽电压为最终目标,利用仿真技术对铝电解槽阳极的宽度进行了优化。建立了阳极气泡层的物理和数学模型,对阳极宽度分别为660mm、600mm、550mm、500mm、450mm和400mm六种情况下的阳极底掌下气泡层厚度进行了仿真模拟,计算结果表明:阳极底掌下气泡层厚度随阳极宽度的减小而减小,并近似呈线性关系;阳极宽度为400mm时气泡层厚度为1.41cm,比普通阳极减薄0.61cm,幅度达到31.2%,对应槽电压为3.5V左右;阳极气泡逸出频率随阳极宽度的增加而减小,并近似呈线性关系;阳极宽度为400mm时气泡层厚度比开槽阳极气泡层厚度减薄0.3cm,对应极距电压差约100mV。本文的结论都是基础理论计算,如要应用到现场,还需加以配套措施。
【Abstract】 The width of anode carbon block was optimized by using simulation technology in the background of a low carbon economy.The ultimate goal of cell voltage is 3.5V.The physical and mathematical model of anode bubble layer were established, and the thickness of the anode bubble layer in the condition of 660mm,600mm,550mm,500mm,450mm of the width of the anode carbon block was simulated.The simulation results show that the anode bubble layer decreased with the decrease of the anode width and the relationship is approximately linear;the thickness of the bubble layer is 1.4cm and the cell voltage is 3.5 V with the width of anode is 400mm,thinner than the normal anode on 0.55cm,about 31.2%;the escape frequency of the bubble will increase as the anode width decrease,and the relationship is also approximately linear;in the condition of 400 mm width anode,the thickness of bubble layer is thinner than the thickness of slotted anode,and the value is 0.3cm corresponding voltage 100mV.The conclusion is based on theoretical calculation,and it needs supporting measure if applying to the industry.
