从高铟高铁闪锌矿加压浸出液中萃取铟的工艺研究

【摘要】 高铟高铁闪锌矿的加压浸出液中富含丰富的有价金属铟,本文从水相酸度、萃取温度、混合时间、V_A:V_O等出发,研究了它们对铟萃取率的影响,并进行箱式多级萃取和离心多级萃取的研究,获得了萃取铟的工艺:当相比A/O=10:1,混合时间0.46min,温度25℃左右时,萃取级数5级,离心萃取铟的萃取率93%~96%,铁的萃取率15%左右。在相比A/O=10:1,混合时间3.6min,温度25℃左右时,萃取级数3~5级,箱式萃取铟的萃取率94%~97%,铁的萃取率14%~20%。并采用离心萃取技术解决了铟萃取过程中容易出现的乳化现象。

【Abstract】 There are high quality of worthy Indium in the pressure leaching solution of sphalerite bearing high indium and iron. The influence of water phase acidity,extraction temperature, mixture time and the ratio of V_A and V_O on the ratios of indium extraction was studied.Furthermore the box multistage extraction and centrifugal multistage extraction was studied,then the indium extraction process was obtained.The result showed that the extraction rate of indium and ferrous using centrifugal multistage extraction was respectively 93%~96%and 15%under the condi- tions that A/O is 10:1,mixture time was 0.46 rain,temperature was about 25℃,extraction stage number was five,and the extraction rate of indium and ferrous using box multistage extraction was respectively 94%~97%and 14%~20%under the conditions that A/O was 10:1,mixture time was 3.6 min,temperature is about 25℃,extraction stage number was 3~5.The emulsification phenomenon happening easily in the extraction process was solved by centrifugal extraction.
