Al对含硼铁水石灰脱硫的影响
Effect of Aluminium on Lime Desulfurization of Boron-Containing Molten Iron

【摘要】 含硼铁水是采用高炉火法分离提取硼铁矿中的硼时(富硼渣,w(B2O3)≤12%)得到的另一种重要产品,以其为原料直接冶炼硼钢需预先进行脱硫和脱硅处理。首先采用喷粉方法,研究了Al对活性石灰脱硫的影响,同时测试了脱硫过程中的氧活度。结果表明,铁水中添加质量分数为0.1%Al,石灰用量为13kg/t,即可使w(S)从0.1%降至0.005%,而脱硫过程中,铁水氧势基本保持不变;SEM面扫描分析表明,铁水中添加Al后石灰界面反应层主要由铝酸钙、铁酸钙及硫化钙组成,在1400℃实验温度下为熔融态,有利于硫的扩散。含硼铁水温度高是采用活性石灰脱硫的有利条件。
【Abstract】 Another important product,e.g.,boron-containing molten iron which was produced as Boron(boron enriched slag with B2O3 content more than 12%) was extracted from paigeite by the thermometallurgical separation process and was desulphurized and desiliconed before it is used to directly smelt boron steel.The powder injection process was the first to be used to study the effect of Al on desulfurization by active lime,at the same time, oxygen activity during desulfurization was examined.The result showed that the sulfur content could be decreased from 0.1%to 0.005%at an additive content of 0.1%Al and a concentration of 13kg/t lime,however,oxygen potential remains unchanged.The SEM results showed that the interfacial reaction layer produced on lime after Al is added into molten iron was mainly composed of calcium aluminate,calcium diferrite,calcium sulfide,which could be fused at 1400℃and hence was conducive for sulfur to diffuse.The high temperture for boron containing molten iron was favorable to desulfurization by active lime.
