不同气孔率β-SiAlON陶瓷的抗氧化行为研究

【摘要】 以碳热还原氮化合成的煤矸石基β-SiAlON粉末为主要原料,加入不同比例的Si粉、Al粉和Al2O3,在氮气条件下制备不同气孔率的β-SiAlON陶瓷,利用热重分析研究不同气孔率β-SiAlON陶瓷的高温抗氧化行为,结果表明,β-SiAlON陶瓷的氧化速率随着气孔率的增加而增加。应用周国治变温氧化模型成功拟合了β-SiAlON材料的变温氧化曲线。此氧化模型能较好地定量描述片状β-SiAlON在变温氧化过程中与气孔率的关系,对预测β-SiAlON的氧化行为有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 β-Sialon ceramics with different porosity were synthesized under nitrogen atmosphere by using P-Sialon powder and different amount of Si powder,Al powder and Al2O3 addition, among which p-Sialon powder was prepared by carbonthermal reduction-nitridation method from coal gangue.The oxidation behavior ofβ-Sialon ceramics with different porosity were investigated by using thermogravimetry.The results showed that the oxidation rate increased with the porosity increasing. The reaction rate was mainly diffusion-controlled. Based on the experiment data,a new quantitative model,i.e., Chou model for describing the oxidation process ofβ-Sialon ceramics was used and gotten a good agreement.
