钢液非均质形核触媒效用的点阵错配度及经验电子理论研究

【摘要】 对钢液凝固温度下各种化合物基底与钢液凝固形核相(δ-Fe和γ-Fe)的二维点阵错配度进行了计算,并对点阵错配度与钢液非均质形核触媒效用的关系进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:基底与形核相的错配度δ越小,非均质形核效用越好。对各种化合物基底与钢液凝固形核相(δ-Fe和γ-Fe)的价电子结构进行了计算,基于静电作用理论和经验电子理论提出了基底和形核相之间的特征参量△ρ,并对Δρ与钢液非均质形核触媒效用的关系进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:基底和形核相之间的特征参量△ρ越大,非均质形核效用越好。
【Abstract】 Planar disregistries between carbides,nitrides,oxides, sulfides substrates and nucleated phases of liquid steel solidification are calculated.The relation between lattice disregistry and the heterogeneous nucleation catalysis of liquid steel is analyzed. The results show that the smaller the lattice disregistry is,the more effective the substrate is for promoting nucleation.Valence electron structures of carbides,nitrides,oxides,sulfides substrates and nucleated phases of liquid steel soUdification are calculated. Parameter Ap is proposed on the basis of Tiller’s electrostatic effect theory and Yu’s empirical electron theory.The relation between parameter Ap and the heterogeneous nucleation catalysis of liquid steel is analyzed.The results show that the smaller the parameter Ap is,the more effective the substrate is for promoting nucleation.
