弹簧钢中氧化物夹杂塑性化控制的热力学分析

【摘要】 为了控制60Si2MnA弹簧钢中氧化物夹杂为低熔点和良好的变形能力,使其降低对拉拔性能与疲劳性能的有害影响,本文借助FactSage热力学软件,对60Si2MnA弹簧钢获得低熔点夹杂物时的钢液条件以及MgO对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO系夹杂物低熔点区域的影响进行了计算分析。结果表明:60Si2MnA弹簧钢获得低熔点MnO-SiO2-Al2O3系夹杂物,钢中[Al]和[O]含量应分别控制在1~5 ppm和60~70 ppm。获得低熔点CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系夹杂物,钢中[Al]和[O]应分别控制在8~15 ppm和20~30 ppm。MgO的加入可显著提高CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO系低熔点区域,MgO含量为15%时低熔点区域最大,此时,60Si2MnA弹簧钢若获得CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-15%MgO系低熔点夹杂物,钢中[Al]和[O]应分别控制在10~25 ppm和20~30ppm。
【Abstract】 In order to control oxide inclusions as low melting point and good deformability and improve drawing property and fatigue property of 60Si2MnA Spring steel,the molten steel conditions when low melting point inclusions is obtained,as well as the effect of MgO contents on low melting point area of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO system was calculated and analyzed by thermodynamic software FactSage.The results show that when the low melting point MnO-SiO2-Al2O3 inclusions is obtained,Al and O contents in molten steel should be in the range of 1~5 ppm and 60~70 ppm,respectively.When the low melting point CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 inclusions is obtained,Al and O contents should be in the range of 8~15 ppm and 20~30 ppm,respectively.Low melting point area of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO system is remarkably increased with addition of MgO,maximum of low melting point area is achieved at 15%MgO content,when the low melting point CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-15%MgO inclusions is obtained,Al and O contents should be in the range of 10~25 ppm and 20~30 ppm,respectively.
