硫酸盐体系中水热法分离锌铁及制备软磁铁氧体用氧化铁粉

【摘要】 研究了硫酸盐体系中水热法分离锌铁工艺,结果表明,在210℃、2h、H2O2用量为理论量1.8倍、搅拌速度800r·min-1及不添加品种的优化条件下,可实现铁-锌的有效分离,渣计及液计沉Fe率分别为85.05%和90.73%,与铁离子结合的硫酸根可再生为硫酸返回使用。所得赤铁矿粉经洗涤和煅烧预处理脱杂后符合YHT3级别的软磁铁氧体用铁红标准,适合于低功耗锰锌软磁铁氧体材料的制备。

【Abstract】 A new process to separate zinc and iron in sulfate system with hydrothermal method has been proposed in this paper.The results show that zinc and iron can be completely separated under the following optimum conditions:210℃,2h,H2O2 addition of 1.8 times to theoretical amount, stirring speed of 800r·min-1 without seed.The precipitation ratio of iron can reach 85.05%calculated by residue and 90.73%calculated by liquid,respectively.Sulfuric acid is vegenerated simultaneously and recycled back to acid leaching operation.After water washing and calcinations,hematite powder obtained meets the requirement of YHT3 level of ferric oxide used as soft magnetic ferrite raw materials.It can be used to prepare lower losses Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite.
