【摘要】 目的观察维库溴铵对兔定量药物脑电图（QPEEG）的影响。方法应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析法,分析戊巴比妥钠麻醉后的兔静脉注射维库溴铵0.3 mg·kg^-1前后脑电活动的变化。结果给药前、给药后30 s、1、2、3、5、10 min各时间点比较,各脑区的各频段功率百分比均无明显改变（P>0.05）;给药前后各波的振幅亦无明显改变。结论维库溴铵对兔QPEEG无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to investigate the effects of vecuronium on quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalography（QPEEG） in rabbits.Methods One dose of vecuronium was injected to the rabbits being anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital.The EEG samples were obtained prior to and at regular intervals following the administration of vecuronium 0.3 mg·kg^-1.Using power spectral analysis to check rabbits’ EEG changes before and after the vecuronium iv injections.Results Administered before,after administration 30 s、1、2、3、5、10 min,compared at each time point,the brain power of each band was no significantly change in the percentage（P > 0.05）.Amplitude of all bands,before and after vecuronium administration,was also no significantly change.Conclusions Vecuronium had no effect on rabbit QPEEG.更多还原
