【摘要】 <正>Purpose Insulin resistance and amyloidogenesis are common molecular foundations for type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease.Insulin resistance is usually associated with hyperinsulinemia,high insulin levels will increase barriers to insulin signal transduction,and inhibit the degradation ofβ-amyloid peptides.Therefore,insulin might play a decisive role in removing brain amyloidosis.The aim of this study was to assess insulin aggregation forms in different solutions and to reveal the related mechanisms about inhibiting insulin to formβ-amyloid fibril by phosphate ions.
