【摘要】 目的研究藏茵陈药材的利胆退黄药效物质基础。方法采用ANIT急性肝损伤模型进行藏茵陈有效部位的药效筛选,对确定后的有效部位进行化学成分的分离纯化和结构鉴定,采用HPLC-MS和对照品对照的方法对有效部位进行定性和定量分析。结果从藏茵陈利胆退黄有效部位中分离纯化得到了15个化合物,其色谱峰面积占有效部位的93%以上。结论初步确定了藏茵陈利胆退黄的药效物质基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv:To study pharmacodynamical material basis of Zangyinchen.Method:Different samples of Zangyinchen were administrated to the mice with liver injury induced by ANIT,ALT,AST and TBIL etc levels in serum were examined to determine the effective parts.Then,several chromatography technologies wer used to separate and purify the the effective parts.At last,qualititive analysis and quantative detection were achieved by HPLC-MS.Result:15 compounds were seperated from the effective part.the total chromatography area content of known compounds were more than 93%.Conclusion:The benefiting gallbladder and curing jaundice effect material basis of Zangyinchen was preliminarily determined.更多还原
