近红外光谱结合偏最小二乘法测定复合肥中氮磷钾含量

【摘要】 应用近红外漫反射光谱分析技术结合偏最小二乘算法快速检测复合肥中N、P、K的含量。分别对复合肥样品中N、P、K的质量百分数指标和N-H、P-H、K摩尔比指标采用完全相同的参数建立定量分析模型并对检测结果进行比较。N、P和K的质量百分数模型的相关系数分别为0.990、0.992、0.993;相应的RPD值分别为9.63、9.13和11.30。N-H、P-H和K的摩尔比模型的相关系数分别为0.994、0.993、0.995,相对应的RPD值分别为10.81、10.00和12.78。结果表明,应用近红外光谱分析技术可对复合肥中营养成分N、P和K成分含量进行精准定量分析,并且以氢键的摩尔比指标建立的分析模型的线性度和准确性优于质量百分数指标分析模型。

【Abstract】 Near-infrared spectroscopy technology combined with partial least squares were used to detect the content of N,P,K in compound fertilizer.The NIR quantitative analysis models which about the mass percentage of N,P,K and the molar ratio of N-H,P-H,K based on same conditions were established.The correlation coefficients of the calibration model about mass percentage of N,P,K were 0.990,0.992,0.993,and the RPD value were 9.63,9.13,11.30 respectively.The correlation coefficients about molar ratio of N-H,P-H,K were 0.994,0.993,0.995,and the RPD value respectively were 10.81,10.00,12.78.The result showed that near infrared spectroscopy can rapidly detect the N,P,K content of compound fertilizer,and the accuracy and linearity about the molar ratio of hydrogen model was better than the mass percentage one.
