红外光谱法快速分析油脂皂化值

【摘要】 针对油脂皂化值的快速分析问题,本文采用傅里叶红外光谱进行实验研究。由于红外光谱存在着测量噪声和背景干扰,本文先应用基线校正、多项式平滑滤波、光谱归一化等光谱预处理方法,以解决红外光谱存在的问题。随后,对油脂样本进行了异常样本分析和选择。最后,采用偏最小二乘法建立了油脂皂化值的快速分析模型,并对其进行交叉检验。实验结果表明,红外光谱分析法可以用于油脂皂化值的分析,且具有预测精度高、分析快速、不破坏试样等优点。
【Abstract】 To analyze the saponification value of fat and oil fast,a new method based on infrared spectroscopy is testified.Because there exists measure noises and background interference in infrared spectra,this paper applies three preprocessing steps including the Savitzky-Golay smoothing,baseline correction and spectra normalization.Abnormal samples are detected before calibration based on fat and oil samples.Then,a fast analysis model of saponification value is built and test using partial least square algorithm.Experimental results show that the infrared spectroscopy can be applied in the analysis of the saponification value of fat and oil with good performance,low cost and other advantages.
