慧星试验技术在我国农业领域的研究与应用进展

【摘要】 慧星试验又名单细胞凝胶电泳技术,是一种简便、快速、灵敏的检测真核细胞DNA损伤与修复的技术。该文总结了该实验技术的基本原理、检测方法及其在我国农业领域的应用进展。

【Abstract】 The single cell gel electrophoresis is fl simple,sensitive and rapid technique for measuring DNA damage and repair in individual cell.The basic principle,development,detection method,advantage and application prospect of the technique in clinical veterinary medicine were reviewed.
