恩诺沙星对大肠杆菌基因表达量的影响

【摘要】 利用实时荧光定量PCR检测大肠杆菌标准菌株ATCC25922在恩诺沙星中作用下相关基因表达量的变化。结果显示恩诺沙星作用后编码大肠杆菌外排泵的基因arcA数量相当于对照组的8.60倍,SOS应答调控基因recA的数量相当于标准菌株的63.90倍,recA-1exA的调控基因umuC数量相当于标准菌株得35.18倍,恩诺沙星的靶酶拓扑异构酶IV parC亚基编码基因的数量是对照组的5.48倍,编码外膜蛋白的基因ompW的数量仅为对照组的0.042倍。说明在恩诺沙星作用下大肠杆菌的基因表达量发生了广泛的变化。

【Abstract】 Change of genes was tested by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in Escherichia coli standard strain ATCC25922 which was affected with Enrofloxacin.The results showed the quantity of gene arcA which coded efflux pump in Escherichia coli was 8.60 times that of control strain,the quantity of gene recA which control SOS responsion was 63.90 times that of control strain,the quantity of gene of umuC which control recA-lexA was 35.18 times that of control strain,the quantity of gene parC was 5.48 times that of control strain,the gene coded outer membrance protein was 0.042 times that of control strain.The results indicated the expression quantity of gene in Escherichia coli changed extensive affected by Enrofloxacin
