能源与环境约束下的中国省级工业生产率增长——基于Malmquist-Luenberger指数的实证研究
Industrial Productivity Growth of China Provinces Considering Energy and Environment——Empirical Study based on Malmquist-Luenberger Index

【摘要】 考虑能源与环境约束,构建Malmquist-Luenberger指数测度了中国省级工业生产率增长情况,并分析了其收敛性问题。研究发现:从整体看,中国工业行业生产率和技术进步率有显著增长,而技术效率却出现了下降;各省份都存在着不同程度的生产率增长和技术进步,而技术效率的改进却相差很大,技术效率较高的全部为东部地区省份,技术效率较差的则大多数是中西部地区省份;无论是生产率、技术进步还是技术效率的年均增长率,中部地区表现都最差,东部地区最好,西部地区介于二者之间;中国省级工业生产率存在显著的发散的趋势,且各省份也没有显著的向自身稳态收敛;东部地区与中西部地区工业行业间生产率差距不断扩大,但是三大地区内部各省份的差距在缩小。
【Abstract】 Considering energy and environment,it constructs Malmquist-Luenberger Index to appraise the industrial productivity growth of China provinces,and analyzes its convergence.It finds that on the whole,the industrial productivity and technology improvement significantly increase,but technology efficiency decreases.Every province has productivity growth and technology improvement,but there is a big difference between technology efficiency.The higher are all the provinces of eastern region,and the lower are those of central region and western region.About the annual growth rate of productivity,technology improvement and technology efficiency,the central region is the worst and the eastern region is the best.The provincial industrial productivity has significant divergence,and every province does not reveal the convergence to steady state.The gap between eastern region and both of central and western regions continues to increase,but the internal gap of each region is narrowing.
