航天测控通信系统灾难恢复评价
Space TT&C System Disaster Recovery Plan Evaluation Method Based on Fuzzy-AHP

【摘要】 作为航天系统的重要组成部分,航天测控通信系统如何面对灾难的破坏成为航天测控通信系统的一个研究重点。本文根据信息系统承担任务的特点与灾难恢复需求的关系,提出了三种信息系统的划分。而以航天测控通信系统为代表的混合型信息系统,即关注系统的可靠性,又关注数据的可恢复性,无法使用RPO/RTO方法进行评价。本文以航天通信系统为例,提出了两种基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)灾难恢复评价方法。两中方法从不同的角度为以航天测控通信系统以及其它的混合型信息系统灾难恢复评价提供了一种新的思路。
【Abstract】 Grading RTO/RPO cannot satisfy disaster recovery plan evaluation requirement of Space TT&C System,which is the most important part of Space System.This paper establishes information system classification scheme based on task characteristic and disaster recovery demand,which provide three kind of type of information system.And belong to this classification Space TT&C System can be classified into mixed demand information system.This paper presents a disaster recovery ability analytic hierarchy process module for Space TT&C Disaster Recovery System,which cannot be evaluated by tradition RPO/RTO target is belong to mixed information system.Using this module,this paper provides two scheme based on fuzzy-AHP are provided by this module for comprehensive evaluation of disaster recovery plan.These schemes provide different point of view to evaluate disaster recovery plan of mixed demand information systems like Space TT&C System.
