小麦慢条锈抗性类型品种抗病性及其花后干物质积累研究
Studies on Resistance to Stripe Rust on Slow Rusting Variety and Their Dry Materials Accumulation after Flowering

【摘要】 1996~2002年对小麦慢条锈抗性类型品种里勃留拉在甘谷进行抗病性鉴定,在甘谷、天水汪川、临洮、武都、成县、平凉、庆阳等地种植观察监测其抗病性及对农艺性状观察结果表明:里勃留拉对供试条锈菌小种及白粉菌混合菌系全生育期表现感病,对田间接种及自然诱发的条锈病和白粉病成株期均表现感病。开花后干物质积累、分配、运转及籽粒灌浆特性试验结果表明:茎、叶干物质积累动态符合生长函数式Y=a+bx+cx2,穗、籽粒及全株干物质积累动态符合生长函数式Y=k/(1+ea-bs);在籽粒增重过程中,全株干物质积累量与籽粒干重符合直线方程Y=a+bx,颍壳、穗轴及穗下节对籽粒的增重作用较强。在灌浆期具有较强的生长潜势,各参数分别为:起始生长势R0=0.3153,最大生长量Wmax.G=0.4380,活跃生长期D=27.48(天)。同时对该品种在陇南种植30余年的原因进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Slow rusting wheat variety Liboliula was identified for resistance to different races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp tritici and mixed races of powdery mildew,in Gangu county during 1996 - 2002.It was also monitored in Gangu county,Tianshui city,Wudu county,Chengxian county,Lintao county,Pingliang city,Qingyang city et.al Gansu Province during 1996~2002.The results showed that wheat variety Liboliula was susceptible to stripe rust and powdery mildew in adult plants.The results of dry materials accumulation after flowering showed that stem,leaf fit the equation Y = a + bx + cx2,spike,seeds and whole plants fit the equation Y= k/(1 + ea - bx).In process of seed increasing weight,the whole plant’s accumulation weight fit the linar equation Y = a + bx.The glume, spikestalk,first stem had higher effect to seeds increasing weight.The parameter of Richards equation were R0 = 0.3153,Wmax.G = 0.4380,D = 27.48(d).At the same time,discussed the reason of cultivating about 30 years in Southern Gansu.
