【摘要】 由于植根农村、涉足农业、带动农户,具有科层组织优势的农业龙头企业被赋予破解小生产与大市场矛盾、保障农产品质量安全和推动农业技术进步的历史使命。农业龙头企业与农户一般采取"公司+农户"联盟的订单方式运作。双方的持续合作是联盟组织有效运营的前提,其关键在于各方能够从联盟中分享到满意的合作剩余,而合作剩余的分配基本由合约联结方式框定。公司与农户究竟采取什么样的合约联结,取决于双方在系列经济社会约束条件下的博弈均衡。因此,特定公司与不同农户可以签订差异化的合约。差异化合约的履约与持续,需要借助嵌入在差序格局中的关系治理机制保驾护航。农业产业化经营的东进模式案例表明,东进公司与周边农户的合作采取了多种合约联结方式,且不同类型农户与公司的合作均相当稳定,这是因为公司利用了嵌入在联盟组织内的乡村社会权威,从而便利地与农户缔结合约,并有效地对合约进行差序治理。更多还原

【Abstract】 As rooting in rural,involving in agriculture,driving farmers,leading agricultural enterprises with the advantage of bureaucratic organization have been given many historical missions,resolving the conflicts between the small farmer-households and the large markets,guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products and promoting the advance of agricultural technology.Leading agricultural enterprises and farmers generally cooperate by the way of "company plus farmers".The continued cooperation is the precondition of effective operation of the alliance constituted by leading agricultural enterprises and farmers.The key of continued cooperation is that all parties can share satisfied cooperative surplus from the alliance,and the distribution of cooperative surplus is determined by the link way of the contract.Which contract should the company and the farmers adopt to cooperate? The answer depends on the equilibrium of game between the company and farmers under many economic and social constraints.Therefore,the company can sign differential contracts with different farmers.The enforcement and continuance of differential contracts require the protection of the relationship governance mechanisms embedding in the differential pattern.The case of Dongjin model operating by agricultural industrialization demonstrated:Dongjin Company signed several kinds of contracts with periphery farmers,and the cooperation between Dongjin Company and different kinds of farmers was quite stable.That is because the company contracts with farmers conveniently and governs the contract effectively by the rural social authority embedding in the alliance.更多还原
