【摘要】 二层和三层外纵墙位于挑梁端部的砖砌体结构房屋在四川农居房屋中大量存在,这类房屋的原设计意图是结构的楼层挑出部分的荷载分别由各层挑梁承担。经过对大量该类房屋的现场检查和检测发现多例挑梁上部墙体出现斜向裂缝的现象。通过采用有限元计算对该类房屋悬挑部位的受力情况按照实际施工工序进行模拟和分析,以找出裂缝产生的原因以及实际结构模型与原设计假定的关系。同时,针对该类房屋挑出一侧的外纵墙与相应部位底层外纵墙竖向不连续的问题对房屋在地震作用下的受力性能进行了分析,并提出了处理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Sichuan province there extensively exist farmhouses with overhanging upper story exterior wall which is designed to be supported by cantilever beams.In this paper a FEM analysis about the overhanging part for a model based on actual construction procedure is performed,the analysis results are compared with cracking walls found on many case studies for the connection between the actual model and the model by designers.The problem of vertically discontinuous exterior wall’s structural behavior subjected to earthquake is also dressed and a suggestion is made for design reference.更多还原
