【摘要】 经济发展模式向低碳经济模式转变是实现"能源-经济-环境"可持续发展的必然选择,由于新能源的清洁性、安全性、以及可持续性,新能源已经成为实现低碳经济的重要途径之一。农村是中国最广大的地区,低碳经济的提出推动了农村新能源产业的发展,同时农村新能源在实现低碳经济过程中也起着非常重要的作用。新能源产业作为高新技术产业以及战略性新兴产业,产业政策在其发展中发挥重要的作用。该文首先分析了新能源在实现低碳经济中的作用以及农村新能源产业发展现状,对中国新能源产业政策中存在的问题进行了总结,最后提出完善农村新能源政策的建议,以期更好的促进农村新能源产业的发展以及低碳经济的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transformation of economic development patterns to low carbon economic patterns is the inevitable choice of achieving sustainable development.With the advantages of cleaning,security and sustainability,new energy has become an important means of implementing low carbon economy.Rural occupied most areas of China,and the development of new energy sources industry in rural areas has been proposed by the proposal of low carbon economy.At the same time,the rural new energy sources also play an important role in the implementation of low carbon economy. As high and new technology strategic industries,industrial policy is important for their development.The role of new energy sources in achieving low carbon economy and the current situation of the rural new energy sources industries were analyzed in the beginning of this article,and the problems that exist in our new energy sources policy were sumed up,and at the end of the paper some proposals about how to improve rural new energy sources policies were put forward in order to the develop rural new energy sources industries and the low carbon economy.更多还原
