花生秧厌氧发酵产沼气试验

【摘要】 试验以花生秧为原料,采用厌氧发酵工艺,对其沼气发酵潜力进行研究,结果表明花生秧沼气发酵潜力达0.349 m~3/Kg。采用正交试验方法对花生秧沼气发酵的工艺参数优化配置进行了研究,结果表明发酵温度,原料总固体浓度,pH值对其发酵结果均有不同程度影响,其中发酵温度和总固体浓度对沼气产量和甲烷产量的影响显著。最优的工艺条件为:发酵温度35℃,总固体浓度20%,pH=7.5,接种量1:1。添加一定比例牛粪能明显提高产气速度。该文为规模化利用花生秧生产沼气提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The experiment chooses peanut vine as raw material and uses the anaerobic fermentation technology.The purpose of the experiment is doing a study on its potential of biogas fermentation.The results show that the potential of biogas fermentation of peanut vine was up to 0.349 m~3/KgTS.By using orthogonal test method,its optimization of process parameters was studied.Through the results we can conclude that fermentation temperature,total solids concentration of raw materials,pH resules in different degree influence the fermentation.Among all the parameters, fermentation temperature and total solids concentration influence the biogas yield and methane production significantly. The optimum process conditions are as follows:fermentation temperature is 35℃,the total solids concentration is 20%, pH=7.5.Moreover,adding a certain percentage of cow dung can significantly improve the rate of gas production.It provides inportant value for the biogas fermentation of peanut vine.
