柑橘皮黄酮降血糖作用及其机制研究

【摘要】 研究了柑橘皮黄酮对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用,并探讨了其部分作用机制。结果表明:除低剂量组外,药物组、中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠的体重均缓慢增加,并能极显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血清血糖值,说明柑橘皮黄酮具有显著的降血糖作用。各剂量组糖尿病小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数均比模型对照组有所提高,小鼠血清及肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)的产生得到抑制,提示增强机体免疫力和抗氧化作用可能是柑橘皮黄酮降血糖的作用机制之一;同时,经各剂量组黄酮治疗后,TG、TC、LDL-C明显降低,HDL-C显著升高,说明柑橘皮黄酮对改善糖尿病小鼠的脂代谢紊乱具有益作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the hypoglycemic effect of flavonoids extracted from citrus peels on diabetic white mice induced by alloxan was studied,and the possible and preliminary mechanism was discussed.The results showed that almost all the treatments could improve the weights and reduce the concentration of blood glucose obviously except for the low dosage treatment,indicating that flavonoids from citrus peels had an obvious hypoglycemic effect.In addition,the thymus gland index and the spleen index of the diabetic white mice increased.Compared with those of the model group,the activity of superoxides dismutase(SOD) in blood and liver also increased,and the formation of the malondialdehyde(MDA) were also inhibited,suggesting that the improvement of immunity and antioxidation may be one of the hypoglycemic mechanisms of flavonoids extracted from citrus peels.Meanwhile,after the treatments of all flavonoids dosages,the contents of TG、TC、and LDL-C decreased greatly,while the content of HDL-C increased obviously,indicating that flavonoids from citrus peels had the effect of regulating the lipids metabolism in alloxan induced diabetic white mice.
