蔗渣纤维素在离子液体中的均相戊二酸化研究

【摘要】 蔗渣作为纤维素的主要来源越来越受到人们的重视,而对蔗渣纤维素进行化学改性更扩大了其应用范围。本文探讨了蔗渣中纤维素的提取方法,并用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐作为应介质,确定了蔗渣纤维素在离子液体中的最大溶解量和适宜化学改性的最佳浓度。在没有添加任何催化剂的条件下,在离子液体中直接进行了蔗渣纤维素的戊二酸化反应。所研究的主要反应参数包括反应温度,反应时间及戊二酸酐和蔗渣纤维素中单位葡萄糖的比例。蔗渣纤维素的戊二酸化程度以DS衡量,并用直接滴定法测定。结果表明,所得到的蔗渣纤维素戊二酸盐的最佳取代度随着这三个因素的变量值的增加而增加。采用红外光谱,核磁共振光谱和热分析技术确定蔗渣纤维素衍生物的性质。红外图谱中的峰值l726 cm-1和1168 cm-1,以及核磁共振图谱中的峰值173.6 ppm确认了蔗渣纤维素衍生物中羧基的存在,并且其强度随着DS的增加而增加。而热分析的结果表明,所得到的戊二酸化蔗渣纤维素的稳定性略低于未改性的蔗渣纤维素,但足以满足一般的离子交换纤维的吸附条件,在废水处理、糖汁脱色、空气净化等领域有广阔的空间。
【Abstract】 Sugarcane bagasse as the main source of cellulose,has drawn much attention in the world.And chemical modification of sugarcane bagasse cellulose(SBC) has extended its range of applications.This paper discussed the extraction method of cellulose from bagasse, and the concentration of dissolving SBC and best suitable for chemical modification in the ionic Liquid l-butyl-3-methylimidazoulium chloride ([BMLM]Cl).Without using any catalyst,the reaction of SBC and glutaric anhydrate was successfully prepared in one-step homogeneous modification.Parameters investigated included reaction temperature,reaction time and the molar ratio of glutaric anhydride/anhydroghicose units(AGU) in cellulose.The extent of glutaration was measured by the degree of substitution(DS),which was determined by direct titration method.It was found that the DS of SBC glutarate increased when there was a parallel increment of ultrasound time,temperature,and the molar ratio of glutaric anhydride /AGU in cellulose.Evidence of ghitaration of SBC was provided by FT-IR and CP/MAS 13C NMR.The presence of bond at 1726 cm-1 for carboxyl group in FT-IR and the signals of the carboxylic group at 173.6 ppm in CP/MAS 13C NMR provided evidence of glutaration. The peak intensity of SBC glutarates was increased with the DS.Thermogravimetric investigation of modified SBC indicated a lower thermal stability in comparison with the untreated SBC.However,as an ion-exchange fiber,it is feasible to treat wastewater,decolour cane-sugar juice, and purify the air.
